Flowtale is a web-based application that provides retailers with the data and insights they need to grow their companies. Built for small to mid-size businesses, Flowtale aggregates data from a store’s location and uses that information to formulate predictions about the future. The application collects everything from sales and social media data to weather reports and local event information. The application also collects anonymous customer data. The insights that Flowtale gleans after running this data through its custom algorithm are published on a personal KPI dashboard. Using Flowtale, managers can test campaigns, see how new store layouts or store-window displays are impacting sales, and find out more about how loyal their customers really are. They can also connect Flowtale to their Facebook and Instagram accounts, or integrate iBeacons.
