Flooved.com makes existing expensive textbooks redundant and increases engagement between professors and students. We believe access to textbooks should be free and so we help students across the world by providing them with interactive, social and free eTextbooks online. We are disrupting the entire academic textbook market and provide value to students by cutting out the publishers. We do this by getting our content straight from the authors themselves for free. Why we are better than not just Textbooks but also MOOC's: MOOC's are mostly tailored for life long learners who are outside of the university system whereas Flooved is aimed at students and professors who are at univeristy, supporting them and adding value so that their students can access more high quality content and study more effectively. Unlike other eTextbooks our platform and content is social: currently students use social networks but not to study and most academic networks are not used by students. So by building the interactivity around the texts themselves, students and professors can engage more effectively with each other. The more they do this the more the value that Flooved provides increases.
