Teachers need help. Help with managing children's challenging behaviors, help with stabilizing and reducing the number of inclusion referrals, and help with their own self-care and resiliency.
Creating inclusive classrooms that celebrate the diverse behavioral and learning needs of all children requires hard work and planning. FirstDay Learning’s research-based services help everyone impacted by challenging behaviors build more effective responses to supporting the developmental needs of the children. Our content combines trauma-informed practices, self-care strategies, and applied behavior analysis; and our support focuses on making behavioral change simple, actionable, and achievable.
FirstDay Learning's Proactive, Reactive, and Inclusion training series provide teachers with practical tools and methods to work with children who have identified needs for additional support. Our Behavior Bootcamp, hands-on Workshops, and Campfire Coaching (PBC) all ensure that early care educators are equipped with the tools they need to transform behaviors and improve, enhance, and inform classroom instruction.
