Eudaimon

Eudaimon is a historic corporate welfare provider, established in 2002 in Vercelli, in the North of Italy. Over the years the company has confirmed itself as a leader in the sector and has grown to the point of now having 50 employees. We work with medium-sized and large companies, public administrations and organized communities to create corporate welfare plans capable of maximizing the well-being of their employees, to generate involvement, to make their interests converge with those of the company and to create a community in the workplace. It is now well established that better performance can be achieved through a positive business climate and employee satisfaction. We are in fact convinced that corporate welfare is an essential tool in labour policies with a strong impact on corporate productivity, labour costs, social sustainability and the ability of companies to take care of their workers. Strengthened by this conviction, we boast one of the most complete and integrated proposals on the market, with particular attention to the most delicate issues of corporate welfare, such as support for health care expenses and support for the care of the most fragile family members. In partnership with Censis, we do research on corporate welfare to understand all its potential, combine the needs of companies and those of people and design the best solutions for our customers. We also collaborate with numerous employer associations in the implementation of inter-company and territorial welfare projects. We are founding members of AIWA, the Italian Corporate Welfare Association, and technical partner of the IEP Network - Businesses and People, a network of companies that discuss and plan the corporate welfare of tomorrow.
