Equium Group began as a company specializing in joint venture real estate investments through a variety of structures including: equity, debt, RRSPs and private mortgages for new development and redevelopment projects in commercial office, multifamily, legal suites, infills, executive furnished rentals and single family residential throughout Calgary and neighboring areas. As an owner and developer, we managed our assets in house which led to our expansion in to third party property management of commercial and residential real estate. Now with over $200 million in assets under management in Calgary, we continue to expand from our strength and experience in commercial and residential real estate. Building a brand starting from a portfolio we owned, led us to an owner driven management strategy. Combined with focusing on long-term, sustainable returns, gives Equium an advantage in finding value in the Calgary real estate market.
