Entry Connection

Put simply, we open doors. We believe that when it comes to recruitment, nothing is more important than giving the right person the right opportunity. We aren't one of those huge faceless recruitment firms that only care about numbers, percentages and getting paid, we believe in working with clients on a personal level. We are real people and we understand the value of developing long term relationships with our clients. We don't just do this for the money, we do it because we actually want to help our clients, not just score a paycheck from them. If you're sick of dealing with recruitment companies that clearly are more interested in your wallet than your needs, give us a call. Need a vacancy filled? Look no further. We specialise in providing a personal service to our clients that not only puts the right person up for the role, but also does so without claiming a ridiculous amount of their salary. The bottom line is this: We aren't a huge company, so we don't charge you huge fees to cover our huge overheads. Simple. Need a job? Look no further. We specialise in providing a personal service to our job seeking clients that supercharges their job seeking. We can provide interview coaching, résumé assistance, cover letter writing, job searching and we will even apply for jobs for you. All you need to do is respond to our job opening SMS's. Our Head Office is located in sunny Canberra, but thanks to the wonders of technology, we are able to service clients all over Australia through means such as telephone calls and video conferencing.
