Ennova Software was born three years ago from the desire to do things right of a group of IT specialists, ranging all competencies needed in a software development project. By this, we understand the real priorities in software development from a client’s perspective, this concept being the bases of our development methodology: • Often and production ready deployments, triggering quick and real feedback from the client and ready to use application throughout the development process • Business priorities based development, instead of taking more into consideration the technical priorities, by limiting as much as possible the dependencies between tasks. This will ensure that most important features from added value point of view to the client’s business are developed first • Self-organizing and committed development team • We welcome change requests from the client, not fight against them • The client will pay only work done and accepted, based on the agreed definition of DONE. We understand that, from technology point of view, work is not practice. It is not a good idea to learn a new technology while developing a project for a client, but also one cannot limit oneself to a well-established technology. A singer practices at home and is paid only for the concert, not for the repetitions. The same idea must be applied also in software development.
