Empyrean Education Institute (EEI) is Perth’s fastest growing hospitality school, located in the bustling precinct of Northbridge, the heart of Perth’s growing dining and nightlife scene. EEI offers students courses in Hospitality, Commercial Cookery, Patisserie and Individual Support, designed and delivered by highly qualified staff with extensive industry experience. Empyrean hosts both domestic and international students, giving students at EEI the opportunity to study alongside classmates from the different cultural and social backgrounds they will likely encounter in their future careers in the hospitality and business fields. The courses at EEI combine industry relevant theory lessons with ‘best practice’ hands-on training to ensure students gain a meaningful and valuable learning experience and are confident with their skills and knowledge by the time they graduate. To date, EEI has experienced great success in training domestic students studying through government funded programs, and in ensuring the job readiness of its graduates- in recognition of these achievements, Empyrean won the Australian Business Award for Community Contribution in 2010 and 2011. EEI provides students with high quality training in nationally recognised and accredited qualifications- students who successfully complete a Diploma of Hospitality or Business from EEI have the option of pursuing further study at university, and students may be eligible for advanced standing towards selected undergraduate degrees.
