Our overall premise is to thoroughly understand our client's business, its marketing and data needs and to identify ESP candidates most appropriate to meet these requirements. Our process systematically reduces a select list of potential candidates to the two most qualified, from which clients ultimately select their new ESP. The more carefully an ESP search is conducted, the better the chance of a productive and lasting relationship. Selecting the right size ESP is of critical importance, particularly in terms of service offering and platform. Additionally, our process produces real world and workable solutions while concurrently cutting the “learning curve” of the new ESP. Our consultancy is led by Christopher Marriott, a tenured marketer and experienced global digital and email services agency executive, with a focus on connecting leading brands with the right martech platforms.
