We started ESS in 2003 with the fundamental belief that we could become a support mechanism for pupils and schools. With five offices in Wales and England, we are able to provide this level of support on a local basis. We adopt a One Call, One Contact, and One Solution philosophy. Our relationships have grown from strength to strength, not only with Schools, Clusters, Local Authorities but with our dedicated community working partnerships with Swansea City FC, Ospreys Rugby, Newport Gwent Dragons Rugby, Aberavon Rugby and many more. We work closely with many sports personalities, taking them into schools to see the children. We are currently operating a ‘Reach for the Sky’ programme with former Wales and Newport Gwent Dragons star Ian Gough. Ian aims to support 15 year old boys to achieve excellence in their GCSE’s. Ten schools across Wales are lucky enough to be involved and it is hoped that the outcomes will be improved GCSE results in August 2016 for the boys. We offer an extensive CPLD programme recognised by the Welsh Assembly and endorsed by three universities. We also offer extra courses to help in the schools, Manual handling, Safeguarding etc. These are available on our App. Team ESS is strong, hardworking, honest, and loyal and supplies a provision known for its QUALITY.
