Unique to ESS, each advanced recovery, fitness training and specialist corporate program is run from the world renowned AAMI Park Sports Campus. We are the only commercial company with access to this state-of-the-art training and recovery facility and we have developed an exciting range of performance programs guaranteed to meet your every expectation. These exclusive programs are run year round by our team of dedicated high performance trainers and incorporate circuit training, boxing, pilates and business networking opportunities, perfectly suited to individual and full company participation.
We believe in elite level service and a multi-disciplinary approach to fitness training, recovery and performance and our clients will be able to experience our superior level of care at our new High Performance Gym in Richmond. The facility is located at 572-576 Swan Street in Richmond and will be open to the general public on the 13th May 2013. The facility provides a centre of excellence for the training and development of professional, semi-professional, aspiring athletes and individuals. The centre houses our leading sports medicine division, high performance consulting team and our unique range of specialist equipment including Altitude Training & the only commercially available Alter G Anti-Gravity treadmill.
