At Dialogistics--A University of Pittsburgh Licensed Start-up-- we strive to improve the human condition and build community connection by bridging the gap between research and the real world. We are a team of sociolinguists, clinicians, and educators with leadership roles in diverse settings and extensive experiences in the assessment of community needs, responsiveness in programming, collaboration with industry partners, cultural competency, and healthcare disparities. We fully understand the importance and value of diverse, healthy, just, and inclusive environments for all. Reflecting on the wide gaps that separate us, it is crucial that we work together to create safe spaces for conversations devoted to discovering deeper connections, building bridges, and learning about each other’s lives to improve productivity, collaboration, and empathy for the experiences of others.
