DataGrade is a risk analysis organization designed to insure the integrity of the internet through assessment, education, and certification. Our business model is a SaaS subscription model complemented by supporting services to help companies reduce risk in their data use. Our analysis focuses on the risk between data transactions across the internet. Our database contains corporate information, enforcement actions, historical data breaches, consumer complaints, media reports, and other contextual measures that allow us to summarize and benchmark the risk any one organization poses to its vendors, customers, and other stakeholders. Our certification framework is based in ESG to help companies operate above and beyond minimum viable compliance. Our goal is to make risk assessments as accessible, shareable and easy to collaborate on as a Google Doc. We believe our work will to protect industry’s innovative flexibility by decreasing the desire for prescriptive legislation.
