It was established as a multi-academy trust in June 2016, converting from a single academy trust, St Clement Danes School, to allow the establishment of Croxley Danes School, based in Croxley Green. In 2019 Chancellor's School in Brookmans Park, near Potters Bar and Onslow St Audrey's School in Hatfield also joined the Trust and on 1st October 2020 De Havilland Primary School beacme the first primary school in the Trust.
