About Cutwork

Cutwork is an architecture design studio specialised in new kinds of residential environments, coliving spaces, and shared urbanization.

We work with pioneering companies who are reimagining the ways we live and work today. Clients include Bouygues Immobilier, Nexity, Urban Campus, Sharies Living, and Station F.

In April 2019, Cutwork co-founders, Kelsea Crawford and Antonin Yuji Maeno delivered a TEDx about the future of shared architecture and urbanization.

In February 2020, we became the youngest studio to ever win a FRAME Award. Our project Flatmates, the first large-scale coliving project to open in Paris, won Societal Innovation of the Year.

In July 2020, we launched UNFOLD, a pocket-size, one-page magazine exploring big questions about today’s living. Once a quarter, one A4, one topic – from the perspectives of designers, inventors, sociologists, architects, and ecologists.
