We don’t believe in traditional recruitment model, which has a basis in placing roles that are open with candidates with the resumes that fit that job description. The Creative Industry has evolved so much more beyond that and our clients have a high level of expectation for the people they want to bring onboard. We carefully handpick candidates for recommendation through thorough research, personal conversations and analysis. We strongly believe in quality screening and generating matches that fit both parties.
