Create facilitates creative wellness workshops, experiences & designs creative spaces & respite areas for organizations who value independent thinkers and believe their people are their greatest asset. In a world that's fighting hard for our attention, our mission is to re-connect our mind with our body & our child-like sense of curiosity. We believe that everyone has a spark of creativity at their core, that just needs cultivating through everyday practice.
With the use of technology on the increase and the rates of burnout within our community following the pandemic, our long-term wellness and resilience relies on being able to disconnect from technology, the stressors of everyday life & fully embrace the present moment by strengthening our connection to our creative nature.
Our workshops are designed to be accessible to everyone with varying levels of experience with creativity, art making & movement. Weave beads of creativity throughout the day with subtle shifts that strengthen the mind-body connection and cleanse the senses.
We create "kind" environments that improve creativity and flow, therefore improving employee satisfaction & retention and enabling better collaboration and productivity.
