Cone Health Pharmacy has proudly educated pharmacists early in their careers for more than 50 years. We promise to grow passion and perseverance in our pharmacy residents, to drive their achievements to improve the lives of all those we serve. Cone Health pharmacy services are the synergistic collaboration of expert knowledge and state of the art technology. We are laser focused on delivering the right pharmacy care for every patient. Our PGY1 residency offers full-spectrum training to ensure our graduates pursue their best path to delivering exceptional pharmacy care to patients. We also offer PGY2 residencies in pediatrics, cardiology, ambulatory care, oncology, infectious diseases, and health-system pharmacy administration and leadership. Cone Health is a nonprofit community-based integrated delivery network comprised of five hospitals, plus physician office practices, ambulatory clinics, and retail pharmacies. We also have an accountable care organization, Triad HealthCare Network, and an insurance product, HealthTeam Advantage. We are located in central North Carolina a few hours from both the mountains and the beach. Our pharmacy residents are a part of a dynamic and growing health system. The strategic focus of our pharmacy services for the near future includes transitions of care, data analytics, system integration, and ambulatory strategies. Our residents are offered opportunities for involvement in projects that will help us grow as a service line and improve health for our patients across the continuum of care.
