Compass Ecospatial, LLC (Compass) is a State of Washington woman-owned small business with offices in Caldwell, Idaho, and Ridgefield, Washington. Compass senior staff have a combined experience of over a half-century and have been successfully performing field data collection, analysis, planning and geodesign of aquatic resources compensatory mitigation and habitat restoration projects, including tidal and freshwater wetlands, floodplains, estuarine and fluvial habitats, salmonid and ESA-listed species habitat restoration and critical areas; compensatory mitigation and conservation banks; critical areas mapping; preparation of permitting documentation including permittee responsible mitigation and voluntary/grant funded restoration; floodplain studies; biological studies and habitat design; and development, implementation, and deployment of geospatial mapping software, databases, and modeling. Compass serves a wide variety of clients in the public, private and non-profit sectors and various levels of government. Compass staff facilitate productive conversations among stakeholders and team members, ensuring that all parties are heard, and that common ground is found to guide our clients to their project's successful completion.
