About Community Wellness Collaborative

Community Wellness Collaborative is a sliding-scale, non-profit, community wellness center in the Normal Heights neighborhood of San Diego. We offer affordable Acupuncture, Chiropractic, Massage, Naturopathy, Nutritional Counseling, Custom Orthotics, and more! Patients pay on a sliding scale based on their self-reported income level. No pay stubs or tax forms are needed as we operate on the honor system.

CWC is a 501(c)(3)non-profit whose mission is to promote the use of alternative medicine and improve access to integrative health care in under-served neighborhoods.

All proceeds from CWC fund our weekly free "Integrative Health Nights"​ in Southeast San Diego and City Heights, two under-served neighborhoods of San Diego. Since 2007, we have hosted weekly free clinics with alternative medicine in these neighborhoods.
