About Collaboration In Aging

Mavericks of Senior Living, CoPRA, and CALA and change agent in the senior living industry, Cambria Jacobs have joined forces to create an annual national Collaboration in Aging (un)conference to drive actionable change in the aging journey. This intimate and unconventional conference had a successful 2022 maiden voyage, with overwhelming support from the industry resulting in a sell-out event. Due to the encouragement of last year's attendees and sponsors, the second annual National Collaboration in Aging will take place on September 27-28, 2023, at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver, CO.

The conference is set to double its capacity, speakers, panelists, and attendees this year, while maintaining its high standard of depth and quality. Attendees and sponsors are encouraged to embrace empathy, enhance emotional well-being, and enable happiness by thinking human when designing and supporting aging experiences. The conference will focus on discovering the human experience in aging by exploring fundamental values and true loyalty differentiators such as people.

This action-based collaborative event will provide attendees with actionable insights and ideas that they can put to work immediately. The conference will offer opportunities to learn how others are solving problems, discover new perspectives and ideas for their organizations or future, experience the aging care journey in a completely new way, and enjoy therapeutic humor throughout the event. Attendees are invited to bring their ideas, open minds, and desire to create positive change in the way we age.
