Codux was launched in 2018 to empower business to use digital technology and unleash their potential. Codux addresses the gap between people in business and IT vendors, particularly for small and medium businesses and complements existing IT arrangements. Often business owners, managers and the admin all-rounder don’t have a background in IT or the time to manage the business relations with IT vendors, prepare strategy, budgets and deliver projects. At the same time IT vendors are incentivised to trade the technology of their preferred partners and do not independently represent their customers. The consequences are visible in contracts that are not fit-for-purpose, poor service, wasted time and money, incomplete projects and frustration. Codux is built on the essence of empowerment and values independence, transparency and choice. We don’t exclusively partner for access to technology and benefits. We’re transparent about our fixed procurement fees, who we work with and why. Where we can, we level the technology and vendor playing field to give you confidence and peace of mind. Lastly, we believe in choice not control. ICT should be responsive to the needs of your business and empower your people and strategy, not the other way around.
