At Chilli Pilates we specialise in Reformer Bed Pilates, this is a unique type of exercise that strengthens your muscles whilst improving your flexibility. So it’s perfect for toning and shaping your body, while promoting great posture and preventing injury. Chilli Pilates opened its doors in 2009 and have been helping people look and feel amazing through group exercise and 1:1 sessions ever since. We now deliver 450 classes per week to 4000 members and are the most popular destination for Reformer Pilates, Personal Training and Sports Therapy in the area.
