Central Element is a privately-owned award-winning developer led by Directors Wayne Chivas, Shane Smollen and Managing Director Nathan Chivas. The company is widely acclaimed for delivering premium and environmentally sustainable developments in the residential and hotel sectors across Sydney’s metropolitan area. In addition to the delivery of Pienza Neutral Bay and completion of new projects in Balmoral and Coogee, 2022 will see the company release its 18 level luxury tower in Chatswood and world class Hyde Park mixed use development on the site of the Hyde Park Inn at 271 Elizabeth Street. Construction will continue at the Paddington 25 Hour hotel site in Oxford Street prior to an early 2023 opening. The company is also overseeing the evolution of the Minerva Theatre in Potts Point into a vibrant new performance and boutique accommodation precinct. Further projects will be announced in the Eastern beaches and lower north shore throughout the year.
