Center For Network Therapy

Center for Network Therapy (CNT) is the first facility in New Jersey licensed by DMHAS to provide Medically Monitored Ambulatory Detox (MMAD) from all substances, including alcohol. Led by board-certified addiction psychiatrist Indra Cidambi, M.D., experiences physicians and nurses closely monitor each patient's progress. In contrast to detoxification in an inpatient setting, MMAD helps minimize disruption to a patient's daily life, as he/ she can stay in touch with family, work, and school. Each day consists of 10 hours of structured programming, however, the individual can return home to the comfort of his or her own bed each night. Length of stay is comparable to inpatient detox. Services are provided 7 days a week. Therapy is provided to help patients develop skills to cope with the stressors and triggers that they will encounter in their daily lives. CNT patients greatly benefit from being given the ability to integrate these skills into their lives while they are living in their own environment, rather than while isolated from it.
