Capsquare Asia Partners (www.capsquare-asia.com) focuses on acquiring control / majority stakes in small / medium–sized companies active within the consumer-driven sectors such as FMCG, retail, education and healthcare. Potential targets are companies active in the Southeast Asian region, especially Indonesia, within the lower middle-market space. Capsquare strives to work together with its key partners to maximize the value of its investments; to date, Capsquare has successfully invested in and managed a number of portfolio companies. The team consists of 15 professionals with diverse backgrounds and experiences in private equity, corporate finance, management consulting, operations, marketing, retail, finance, and human resources.
