Originally founded in 1984 by Marcel Chartier as Chartier & Associates Inc.,, the firm built a reputation throughout Winnipeg and Manitoba for providing excellent service in all aspects of commercial real estate sales, leasing, development and management. From 2002 to July 31, 2015, the firm acted as a local affiliate office of CBRE which allowed the company to further develop local and national relationships while providing its services to CBRE’s national accounts. Now re-branded as Capital Commercial, Marcel has been joined by his two sons, Carey and Derrick along with other founding members, Rennie Zegalski and Trevor Clay.
