We are a firm of Chartered Quantity Surveyors, Cost Consultants and Project Managers operating from offices in New York and London. The company was founded in 1989 by Chris Castle, Gerry Hayes and Terry Pursey. In 2002, we expanded internationally - founding CHP International LLP - with our Manhattan office serving our clients across the Americas. Whatever our brief, we provide independent expert advice to actively facilitate the successful completion of your projects in terms of time, specification, cost and value for money. Our expertise are both varied and broad. Our past projects have included: New-build construction, refurbishment, commercial, retail fit-out, and civil-engineering projects.
