Based around the considerable experience of Tony Papa, Sean Bosley, Chris Gill and Mark Thackwell. Chef Results offers clients a personal and highly specialised service in the recruitment of high quality Chefs for all market sectors; from hotels to restaurants. In December 2007, Tony Papa and Amanda Bell decided to establish a Chef Recruitment Agency that could offer its clients the service that they expect and deserve as valued clients, and the result was the creation of Chef Results. Chef Results is an agency that specialises solely in the recruitment of chefs. Tony, Sean, Chris and Mark are all experienced chefs who have worked in a variety of kitchens across the UK ranging from corporate properties up to three AA Rosettes. Between them they have over 25 years experience of recruitment across the UK and believe that through their experience of working in kitchens they are better able to understand their clients and candidates needs.
