Its vision is “To be the top-of-mind provider of environmental infrastructure consulting services to local and overseas partners."

It has completed more than 250 projects in the Philippines and has participated in international assignments in over 20 countries worldwide.

At present, CEST, Inc., partnered with a local consultancy firm, is implementing the Second GMS Project in Cambodia with financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB).
