CCmath

In 2005 CCmath was founded with the commitment to make Call Center Mathematics accessible for everyone. All based on the vision that the efficiency level of the WFM process can improve significantly when companies get access to advanced mathematical methods. A few years later, we reduced the complicated WFM mathematics to accurate and accessible tooling like CCforecast, Erlang X, and Erlang Chat. In 2020 we expanded like never before and released our brand new WFM suite with unprecedented Machine Learning and A.I. capabilities. Lower your costs while improving your service level and employee satisfaction has never been more comfortable. CCschedule, CCforecast, and Omnisim will bring your WFM process to an entirely new level, the next level. Don’t want to miss any events, articles, or updates? Please follow us here on LinkedIn.
