Effective Human Rights Initiatives - Part of our mission is to make human rights real. Human rights projects can only be effective and have a practical impact if:
* The organisation implementing it has good structures, governance and
project management skills
* The corporate that is funding it, understands its corporate social
responsibility (CSR) goals and how to drive these
* The correct funder partners with the correct non-profit or other
organisation responsible for implementing the initiative,
* The project envisioned is practical, well-delivered and implemented.

OUR ROOTS
Calibrics was founded in 2012 by Dr Jeanne-Mari Retief and has since grown into a well-respected and successful consultancy. Calibrics has offices in South Africa and Portugal. Ms Soretha Venter leads Calibrics South Africa while Dr Retief focuses efforts on Europe.
