Our approach is to develop long and fruitful associations with clients, as opposed to often-ineffective ‘one-off’ consultancy services. Profitable growth is achieved through the development and implementation of strategies for business planning, administrative efficiency, resource planning and marketing. Founded in 1994 as International Business Solutions, the name was changed on incorporation in 2003 to Business Strategy Consulting Ltd. Whilst past and current clients are from a broad cross-section of industries, we also have certain areas of specialism.
