About Bridge Informatics
Bridge Informatics is here to meet the challenge of communication between bench scientists and computer scientists. For years this has been a struggle for many institutions who strive to have a cohesive, interdisciplinary group that can easily communicate in spite of their different styles of speech and scientific training. We realized the most common reason for the disconnect was tone, style, and mode of communication. Our business model is focused on 'bridging the gap' between biologist and computer scientist; between practice and theory; between data and insight! This approach to client-consultant communication greatly enhances the ability for both parties to understand one another and work together efficiently!
Some of our services include; data mining, data analysis, custom bioinformatic pipeline development, custom cloud server setup, and evaluation of data infrastructure. Data we work with includes NGS data (genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, single cell, metabolomics, etc), study patient data, data from publicly available repositories, healthcare data, and more!
