Our knowledgeable chef-owner Francisco Freire has vast experience in several different types of cuisines along with more than 30 years of experience. He graduated from legendary Cordon Bleu International Culinary School among receiving other professional accomplishments. Francisco has developed dishes that fuse Brazilian Tradicional Culinary and its immigrants influence from all over the world in our native country.
