BeatPool is a truly collaborative music player. BeatPool turns your stereo system into the next generation jukebox. With it, anyone can contribute music from their local library to your currently running playlist. No need to switch cables, connect/disconnect devices to a speaker or designate a DJ.

Take BeatPool with you on your next road trip or house party and enjoy everyone’s music at the same time! No internet connection required.


Consider a scenario where you are in a friend’s house party or in a car, and only one phone is connected to the speaker. Then people have to connect their phone in turns if they want to play some music from their library. We want to make this easier, in a way that people can easily say “add *this* song to the playlist” from their *own* phone and then that song will be added to the playlist, and will be played on the speakers. We want to construct a music network among friends who want to listen to the songs from multiple devices on-the-go while having the ability to update the playlist easily and at runtime, and without being have to disconnect/connect any devices.
