In 2004, we opened Bar Method San Mateo - the very first Bar Method franchise studio - on the backside of the Crystal Springs Shopping Center. We are a sustainable business that delivers core strength and flexibility to the community while practicing mind-body awareness in a supportive and inspiring environment. Our two story studio is located behind Starbucks, next to the pet hospital. In 2010, we opened our sister studio in the Town & Country Shopping Center in Palo Alto.
