AwakeTeams is a team learning platform that integrates a peer feedback algorithm to develop critical social and emotional skills in the workplace and measure impact. AwakeTeams is the only online platform that creates a new team culture of behaviors while also developing individual growth edges so that both employees and businesses thrive.
AwakeTeams is a SaaS enterprise software startup born from the Founder Institute Silicon Valley program in Q3 2020. Our tech-enabled platform integrates team and individually tailored training modules with peer feedback and dashboards that measure progress and impact over time.
Why AwakeTeams now? In the best of times, 50 to 80 percent of employees are disengaged at work according to Gallup. Fifty to 80 percent! Most people do not really want to be at work each day. This is costly both in terms of unfulfilled human potential and in impact to the bottom line in lost productivity and turnover costs. Add to that the complexities of remote work, "the great resignation", and Covid-19 impacts on collaboration and mental health, and the need is decidedly more urgent.
