Autism Care Partners (ACP) is a partnership of behavioral health practices dedicated to improving the standard of care for individuals and families of individuals with developmental delays. ACP provides critical therapy services and plays a key role in coordinating care for individuals with developmental delays and their families. Our multidisciplinary team provides comprehensive care across a continuum of services, including: Applied behavior analysis Special Instruction Speech-Language Occupational therapy Physical therapy Diagnostic evaluations Family Training/Planning Social work Service/Care coordination ACP is endeavoring to become the premier provider of therapy and related services in the northeast, as we actively expand our presence across a number of states.
