Arabesque Yoga

Arabesque Yoga provides yoga inspired mindful movement classes, workshops, trainings and summer camps for children and adults of all ages and backgrounds. Description Arabesque Yoga helps foster mindful movement and community awareness in local schools, clubs, and to disadvantaged populations. We help kiddos tap into somatic awareness, teach mindfulness and distress tolerance, and build conscious community. Arabesque Yoga also facilitates family events and provides self-care support for teachers. Our staff goes beyond yoga instructors, we rely on psychotherapists and community leaders to orient our efforts to have maximum positive impact. We also provide teacher trainings, workshops, and seminars on the art of children's yoga and mindful movement. Currently we offer weekly mindful movement classes to students at McGlone Elementary, Force Elementary, and Gust Elementary. We also teach weekly kids yoga classes at Cherry Creek Location of Yoga Pod, and Radiance Power Yoga in Boulder. Please contact us if you would like to get involved or know of a community in need!
