An Inspirational Journey, fuelled by The Royal Bank of Scotland, supports organisations, their leaders, their men and women to build inclusive cultures and delivers programmes that will allow the best talent to lead regardless of gender, sector or region. The organisation’s key focus is “Better Balance, Better Business”. Results are delivered via a series of programmes, events and online activities including: The Balanced Business Forum (Formally The Women’s Business Forum) has evolved into the world’s first and only annual gender balanced leadership and talent management conference. Now in its 6th year, it brings together over 500 influential business leaders from across the world. The Pearls is the only business-led programme designed to deliver what women need and organisations want to support, guide and inspire more women from middle to senior management. Ach-Eve is a programme created and developed for women identified as having the potential to reach the executive within 5 years. The Two Percent Club is a National network, with Regional reach, of senior influential women who represent the top 2% of executive and non-executive women from the private, public, charity and entrepreneurial sectors. Their aim is to ensure that they ‘lift as they climb’ and positively influence the issue of the under-representation of women at the top of UK business fro the top of organisations.
