Affimed N.V. (Nasdaq: AFMD) is a clinical-stage immuno-oncology company committed to giving patients back their innate ability to fight cancer by actualizing the untapped potential of the innate immune system. The company’s proprietary ROCK® platform predictably generates customized innate cell engagers (ICE®), bispecific antibodies, which target innate immune cells to destroy tumor cells. AFM24 is specific for EGFR and CD16A and targets solid tumors. Three Phase 1 studies, with AFM24 as monotherapy or in combination with NK cells or anti-PD-L1 are ongoing. AFM28 targets CD123 and CD16A and is in development for patients relapsed or refractory acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) as mono- or combination therapy.
