These events are largely preventable by individualizing medication therapy through the utilization of precision medicine and pharmacogenomics services. Unfortunately, the widespread lack of access to these services prevents the benefits from being realized, contributing to an astronomical burden upon individuals, families, employers, health plans, and the entirety of the United States healthcare system. Recognizing this imperative concern, our mission at AegisOne Rx is to facilitate access to precision medicine and pharmacogenomics by synergizing advanced genomics technology with expert pharmacological knowledge in order to optimize medication therapy on an individual basis and forge a robust shield against preventable adverse drug events.
