Hey! We're the Above& team...

We are entrepreneurs, former corporate ladder climbers, recovering HR professionals, crazy optimists and lovers of people who are dedicated to helping you get the coaching and connections that take you Above& far beyond your aspirations!

We believe:

• You are wired with all that you need to succeed…and sometimes we all need help locating those damn
wires!
• A great coach is curious, interested, optimistic and a great 2 way communicator, basically someone you
would benefit from, and enjoy, having dinner with!
• High quality coaching and development shouldn’t be reserved for those with deep pockets or an office in
the CSuite.
• “Networking” doesn’t have to feel dirty.
• We should take a lot of things seriously but not ourselves.

Together, we have been coaching individuals at all levels for over thirty-five years, both in the corporate world and independently as executive coaches. Many of the people who want to work with us have the same struggles. They need help figuring out where they want to take their careers (and their lives!) and they are looking for someone who can help them develop a plan for getting there.

We founded Above& to democratize executive coaching by making the solutions usually found through a one-on-one experience available to everyone.
