About Us ORGANISATION HISTORY: The merger between Ybbstaler Fruit Austria GmbH and Agrana Juice Holding GmbH unites the expertise of two successful companies resulting in a high quality, fruitful alliance. Since 1936 the company has its roots in Allhartsberg (Austria). In close co-operation with the customer AUSTRIA JUICE develops and produces natural Fruit Juice Concentrates, individual high quality Beverage Compounds, natural Fruit Juice Aromas, NFC Juices and much more for various applications in the Beverage Industry. EXPORT/IMPORT EXPERIENCE: With a global export area, the company is located in Kröllendorf which is in Lower Austria and the group has 14 production sites in the following countries: Austria, Germany, Denmark, Hungary, Poland, Romania the Ukraine and China. -- Im Herzen des naturbelassenen Mostviertels haben wir uns der Veredelung von Früchten zu hochwertigen Getränkegrundstoffen und natürlichen Fruchtsaftkonzentraten, unter Anwendung modernster Technologie, verschrieben. Ybbstaler Fruit Austria und Agrana Juice sind zwei traditionsreiche Unternehmen und Experten auf dem Gebiet der Fruchtverarbeitung und der Getränkegrundstofftechnologie. Am 1. Juni 2012 wurde durch den Zusammenschluss beider Unternehmen die AUSTRIA JUICE GmbH, ein Joint Venture der AGRANA Beteiligungs-AG (AGRANA) und der Raiffeisen Ware Austria-AG (RWA), geschaffen.
