ASPIRE is an innovative matchmaking tool for businesses to exchange resources that would otherwise go to landfill.
Moving our economy from linear to circular shifts the focus from high consumption and high waste, to simply doing more with less. To find ways to keep using things, rather than using them up.
WHAT WE DO
The platform connects resource generators with other businesses to reduce environmental impact, while building markets for unwanted resources and materials. ASPIRE identifies opportunities to reduce waste disposal costs, generate new revenue streams, and reduce CO2 emissions, through connecting local businesses, improving business networking, and generating alternative supply chain pathways for resources.
The platform incorporates Embodied Carbon tracking (Scope 3 emissions) to help businesses towards their decarbonisation goals. ASPIRE has also collaborated with SGS- the world’s leading testing, inspection, and certification company, to provide businesses with transparency and verification in their resource exchanges.
OUR IMPACT:
To date, the ASPIRE has helped 800+ Australian businesses divert over 45,728 tonnes of waste from landfill, save more than $210k (AUD) in operational costs and enabled users to source materials sustainably.
