We custom design and fabricate robust two-drum winders, unwinds, reels and dryer sections. Our two-drum winder models (RDM, RDE, & RDC and RDC2) are designed to withstand the rigors of paper mill environments, and use the latest electronic control technology, while providing simplicity of operation and ease of maintenance. These models are available in a full range of widths and speeds to meet specific customer requirements. Our team also specializes in modernization of older production equipment. A typical winder modernization consists of shaftless conversions, rider roll nip control, web spreading devices, modern slitting methods, the addition of safety features and new computerized control functions. In addition to our Mill and Converting equipment, we also manufacture machines for Propellant and Rocket industries. Our machines are designed to slit and cut propellant to customer’s specifications. We also offer our engineering and consulting services for the paper industry, and perform machinery audits. We also have excellent professional service technicians for any type of winder or sheeter issues that may arise.
