ABL has a strong technical & regulatory track record in process development, scale-up & GMP manufacturing of filterable & non-sterile filterable (aseptic processing) viral vectors used in all phases of clinical development globally. With facilities for drug substance and drug product in-house (incl. standalone fill finish), experience in process characterisation and validation, ABL provides a long-term strategic manufacturing option through clinical development & licensure for a range of virus-based gene therapy & vaccine products. ABL is currently expanding capabilities from its Strasbourg located facility, to support its clients with single-use technology for non-adherent / suspension based virus manufacturing from 50 to 500 L scale.
