4Truth

We believe the answer to every organization's challenges can be found in the people they serve and in those who provide the service. We believe that our greatest selves rest beyond our most difficult truths. We believe solutions to systemic challenges must be holistic, synergistic, root-cause driven, and centered on the experience of those who will sustain the change and those who are impacted by the change. We partner with government and nonprofit agencies that serve America's incarcerated citizens to move the dial on the nation's core incarceration problem, rehabilitation. 4TRUTH offers 25 years of professional experience in criminal justice, violence prevention, mental health, human services, strategic planning, and execution within the private and public sectors. Our proprietary approach to organizational excellence, trauma-informed practices, and consideration of the human experience provides the perfect balance of safety and rehabilitation.
