Previously, Coen demonstrated his capacity as a change maker by restructuring Tanzanian seed operations worth USD 4 million, significantly enhancing operational efficiency and market responsiveness. His entrepreneurial spirit and deep understanding of supply chain dynamics have been instrumental in developing new markets and fostering regional collaborations. With a proven track record in developing impactful projects and leading organizational transformation, Coen Everts continues to be a driving force in advancing agricultural productivity and food security across West Africa.
